I am passionate about all things IT related. Its instrumental to have an understanding of the technology used in the work place as well as the people who use it. I couldn't support my clients, end users, or the IT community as a whole without having love for what I do and why I do it. Whether it be leading teams, collaborating on projects or just providing support I always put my best foot forward. Anyone can give you 100% but it takes that special person to give you 110% and ensure the job is done well and without any sacrifice to quality or moral.
