Fiona is a results-driven Human Resources leader, with a specialty for Learning and Development and Organisational Development and a flair for project management, process re-engineering and getting things delivered. Her experience has been in IT&T, Finance, Government and retail and she has a passion in using her skills within the community to make a difference. Project Management - Manage a portfolio of projects and provide the governance (PMO) to manage the delivery of quality, time and budget and develop appropriate risk management strategies - Project managed large learning and development initiative for 13,000 staff nationally.
