I am very passionate and curious about customer experience not only in the financial industry but also in other industries where I myself, have experiences as a customer. Seeing things through the lens of the customer helps me react and design how we handle customer interactions so that we continue to exceed their expectations which in turn increases their overall satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. I have a keen interest in Millennials (being one myself) and Gen Z and believe they have grown up during a time where expectations for customer experience is at its highest, with more options for products and services, they are now empowered to ask for more.
