I am a seasoned leader with experience spanning multiple functions including distribution and logistics, national account sales, operational field sales and customer/trade marketing. I have a passion for developing long-term sustainable growth by creating and executing incremental tactical activation plans. I am a confident decision maker who seeks all inputs to discern the best long-term decision for the enterprise even if it’s the most difficult decision. I am passionate about learning, sharing and teaching others. I got here through my professional experiences as a Distribution Manager and as a Key Account Manager with Coca-Cola, as a National Account Manager with Newell-Rubbermaid, and as a Regional Sales Manager and as a Divisional Customer Marketing Manager with Canada Bread. I’m unique in that I bring concrete P&L capabilities coupled with proven sales and development leadership results augmented with insightful mentoring skills and hands on exposure to operations, finance, marketing, product development and logistics functions. I bring extremely strong core personal values that guide me in doing things right, in driving for performance, in having a bias for action, in driving for continuous improvement in myself and in the enterprise, and in acting in a transparent and collaborative manner.
