As a Salesforce Certified Administrator, I am also responsible for the maintenance, development and build of our Org. I created a corporate Salesforce training strategy and I deliver – and am responsible for – training sessions to the business from Salesforce 101 for new Users, to management specific modules. In addition to the standard User training, I created a rigorous qualification process for two specialist teams I manage: the Super User team and the Client Data Steward team. This qualification is to ensure they have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to maximise the effectiveness of Salesforce within our business. The Super User team provide generic Salesforce training to Users, knowledge share and ensure the engagement and adoption of Salesforce within the business remains high. The Client Data Steward team run the Reports and Dashboards I build in order to analyse our data for quality and completeness and to correct any inaccuracies. I analyse data in detail (using Reports and Dashboards) to show where metrics have dipped or spiked and why these changes have occurred. I founded the Women in Tech Scotland Chapter in February 2014, this was the first British Women in Tech User Group. The Group is specifically for women in technology who use Salesforce whether as an Admin, Developer or End User.
