Senior direct and digital marketing leader experienced in managing large scale, results driven communications and CRM programmes in both the public and private sector. I have worked on a number of high profile, behaviour change campaigns across B2C and B2B, covering acquisition, retention and CRM activity. These include Change4Life, TDA teacher recruitment, Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA), Business Link, the Wickes' MyCard loyalty scheme and Wickes TradePro (the business' Trade loyalty programme). Currently I lead the Digital & CRM Function as part of the Wickes Multichannel Team covering all CRM (CDP, Email, SMS and DM) and digital marketing activity (PPC, SEO, Affiliates). I am commercially aware with a robust knowledge of direct and digital marketing's role in developing customer-centric contact strategies alongside the technical, data and creative requirements for delivering effective CRM to maximise objectives, sales and ROI.
