I am a global business strategist & connector with strong background in market development, strategic partnerships, and product innovation. I have had various leadership roles at PepsiCo, Kraft, and most recently, at WhiteWave/Danone as the Vice President of Market Development, where I led the launch of Horizon Organic / Silk / So Delicious / Vega plant-based foods / beverages in several countries including China. My current focus is on global business connections and holistic wellbeing. I have co-founded Z-Choice International, LLC to help small to medium size CPG companies grow globally by providing go-to-market strategies and meaningful connections in both US and China. I strive to bring critical thinking skills in strategic planning and execution with contingencies, bridge differences in cultures / styles and business needs. And, I adapt to new fields quickly and have strong learning agility with aptitude.
