A sales leader, with extensive experience in leading a direct lending division in both a broker environment, and for the past few years, in banking. I am hard-working, knowledgeable, target driven, and have had significant success in “doing” rather than just leading and managing. I take time to analyse a problem, and present solutions which I believe will add significant value to a customer, with the ultimate goal of ensuring their needs and requirements are satisfied in the best possible way, leading to the positive outcomes being sought. I support teams in building strong and sustainable relationships with customers, introducers and strategic partners, and point to my core skills of strategic planning, organisation, time-management, and problem solving as being key to success in my role.
