I am an experienced Customer Marketer and strong writer possessing a B.A. in Communication with a passion for project management and organization, and deep knowledge of various communication tactics. I seek to utilize these skills to enhance a company's online presence in a smooth and efficient manner. What do I enjoy the most? I have an almost embarrassing passion for processes to ensure a solid strategy for accomplishing tasks. I love working as a team to get bigger projects accomplished and in the most streamlined way. I also really love writing and would one day love have a hobby as an investigative writer to ask people's opinions or learn about new things from their perspective and write about them. Which ties into what I'm most interested in learning more about: audience research. I'm seriously fascinated by audience research, and have always wished I had more time to conduct surveys asking people how they came to find out about the company, why they purchased, why they didn't, what problems they're trying to solve, etc. I wonder what makes a company's customers their customers, and how we can better appeal to them.On a more personal note, I have a passion for learning new things, love getting out for a hike, and look forward to cooking at the end of the night with my husband.
