Knowing the tools at my disposal were insufficient to execute my vision of actionable insights, I rolled up my sleeves, developed a media monitoring and analysis platform, and delivered an award-winning measurement program. Since then, I ran research and measurement at RF|Binder, participated in the creation of industry-wide measurement standards, and now run my own media insights business that helps PR practitioners turn data and analytics into insights for strategic decision-making.
