Brad Clark is Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Treasurer for Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Brad provides overall direction and leadership to the treasury function with primary responsibilities including overall management and oversight for short and long-term investments, debt and swap transactions, bank credit facilities, rating agency relationships, investor relations, cash management, leasing, pension, and treasury risk management. In his current role, Brad oversees the investment programs with more than $1.4 billion of assets under management, including operating, foundation, insurance and pension funds, as well as $800 million in tax-exempt and taxable debt. He also serves in a leadership role in strategic financial planning for the Medical Center. Wake Forest Baptist is a fully integrated academic medical center comprising North Carolina Baptist Hospital, Wake Forest University Health Sciences, and Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. The system generates over $2.4B in annual net revenue and includes 3 hospitals,1,087 beds, 200+ ambulatory locations, a world class School of Medicine, and nationally acclaimed research programs. Prior to joining Wake Forest Baptist in 2002, Brad was a corporate financial analyst with Wachovia Bank, N.A. Brad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Appalachian State University and MBA from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional.
