As a B2B industrial marketing and brand leader, I’ve served on the senior management teams of leading companies in the manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and supply chain technology solutions industries. While my roles and responsibilities have encompassed many of the individual disciplines that make up the marketing function, my particular passion lies in bringing all of those elements together across an enterprise to grow the business. What drives me is that moment when you see the results of a well-designed commercial strategy being implemented by a collaborative team of marketing, product development and sales professionals. In my experience, well-articulated communication is a fundamental key to strategic, enterprise-wide success. Whether it be a brand promise that resonates with the customer, strong value propositions, or internal messaging that aligns the organization, I place a great deal of importance on clear, concise, integrated communications. In B2B organizations where marketing budgets are often limited, I work pragmatically and focus on the fundamentals to deliver results in the short term while creating process, structure and metrics to drive future marketing effectiveness.
