Adam has built an entire career around the Internet and marketing communications. Beginning at 1-800Doctors.com in 2000. Hired by Temel in 2000 to lead a team consisting of strategic, creative and technical staff, Adam earned 4 promotions and eventually became the agency’s Managing Director. He was responsible for running the agency including: strategic planning, revenue generation, client service, production, financial oversight and strategic partnerships. Adam was responsible for growing the agency from a $2MM, 15 person boutique to a 50 person $9MM competitor in the agency space. One his most significant accomplishments was the creation of the company’s ePharma marketing division which ended up accounting for roughly 80% of the company’s revenue. He has developed web strategies, lead, managed and deployed numerous campaigns in varying industries for companies such as Cephalon, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Reliant, Stiefel, Shire and Allergan just to name a few. Adam was hired by Ignite Health, a division of InVentiv Health Inc. in 2007 where he was to build an Eastern Region office for the agency. By February of 2008 he had worked with senior management to build a robust east coast office with $6.5MM in revenue and 27 full-time employees. Adam defined the agencies eastern region business model, managed the division’s financial responsibilities and staffed a team consisting of creative, technical and client service employees. Adam joined Revolution Health (www.revolutionhealthgroup.com a subsidiary of Revolution Inc. www.revolution.com), a company started in 2005 by AOL founder Steve Case.
