I have been with Vulcan Inc since 1998 and I am currently the Sr. Director of Technology. During my tenure with Vulcan I have lead many diverse teams and projects ranging from website creation to infrastructure improvements to design and delivery of comprehensive business system portfolios. Throughout my career, I have been developing a blend of business, accounting, operational and technology expertise that enables me to manage diverse teams and respond to the realities of today’s business world. I specialize in developing high performing teams that are responsible for delivery of mission critical business solutions and technology systems. I achieve this through my never ending focus on continuous process improvement. I roll my sleeves up, work side by side with my team and internal customers to understand what they are doing and then we work together collaboratively to improve their processes. As a result, we are able to do more, with less issues, sustainably over a long period of time.
