VSA's Design Practice is responsible for bringing our clients' stories, visions and voices to life. At the intersection of Strategy and Digital, we make ideas tangible and meaningful for the audiences that matter, in a cross-platform, media-agnostic way. The Associate Creative Director achieves and maintains a high quality level for all work produced for assigned accounts. He/she leads the creative course of projects and is responsible for the work flow of Design Teams. He/she will embrace and support VSA's policies and culture and will have the personal goal of producing the best quality work at all times.

Financial executive with expertise collaborating with CEO’s, C-level and Board of Directors in entrepreneurial environments, and managing all aspects of the finance, human resources and technology departments. A hands-on results oriented professional capable of performing in dynamic environments; and building, mentoring and maintaining a team atmosphere. Over 30 years in accounting, finance and information systems of which over 15 years were in public accounting and financial systems consulting, and over 15 years in corporate roles with increasing responsibility primarily in professional service firms. Proven track record of successful change management initiatives; financial and operational systems design and implementations; improved operational and financial reporting; and installation of cross functional strategic initiatives. Managed the due diligence process as a buyer and seller. Developed and implemented pre and post merger and acquisition plans for the integration of operations.
