Leads Web site and digital media strategy, with responsibility for platforms, research (including Web site user experience research), and planning. Designs and implements Web site and interactive media strategies focused on building UHC brand and delivering compelling value propositions for members, prospects, opinion leaders, and partner audiences. Manages web analytics and improvement strategies – including an understanding of web and social analytics (e.g, Web Trends). Work with key internal stakeholders and member groups to lead operations and strategy for an overall UHC online presence, with a major focus on a user-friendly, informative, and engaging website experience.
