As a mid-level professional I see high potential and growth within the Business Industry because of its flexibility and almost endless possibilities. I have extensive experience with startup/growing companies. I have worked very hard to get my career started while completing my Bachelor's degree and throughout my Master's education program. I have experience in event planning, budgeting, recruitment, training and development, employee coordination and management, multi-state payroll, as well as scheduling. I work towards creating a work environment where employees are driven to be successful and work towards optimal efficiency for themselves and their customers. I hope to expand and develop my management and technical skills in order to further expand my career opportunities.
