To launch the small satellite revolution, Virgin Orbit is developing LauncherOne, a flexible launch service for commercial and government-built satellites. LauncherOne rockets are designed and manufactured in Long Beach, California, and will be air-launched from a dedicated 747-400 carrier aircraft capable of operating from many locations in order to best serve each customer's needs. I am a Hardware Electronics & Electrical Test Engineer focused on Aerospace and Avionics, a leader and team player, communicator, software & hardware developer/designer, operating with organizational and planning tools to focus for quality and safety in order to perform efficiently and productively in highly technical environments with regard for the industry and business. Accomplished in design & development, planning and associated documentation with thorough work instructions, on-site commissioning/fulfillment, hands-on testing, data collection & reporting, sustainment and maintenance as well as creating budgets and schedule, for the creation and implementation of custom large-scale automation, COTS integration, and small niche test systems. Experienced with environmental chambers, vibration and shock systems, RF & EMI chambers and data acquisition & control to perform testing for commercial, regulatory, and aerospace standards and customer requirements. Test Engineering skills also include rackmount and lab bench instrumentation integration, schematic design, board layout, mechanical fixture design, coding for embedded and user application software for DAQ and reporting results. Normal practices include test case definition, modeling, equipment validation, integration & debugging, thorough QA and Safety methodologies to support product for development, and product performance verification and qualification.
