Virgin Orbit will provide dedicated, responsive, and affordable launch services for small satellites. Founded by Sir Richard Branson and owned by the Virgin Group and Aabar Investments PJS, Virgin Orbit and its sister companies--Virgin Galactic and The Spaceship Company--are opening access to space to change the world for good. To launch the small satellite revolution, Virgin Orbit is developing LauncherOne, a flexible launch service for commercial and government-built satellites. LauncherOne rockets are designed and manufactured in Long Beach, California, and will be air-launched from a dedicated 747-400 carrier aircraft capable of operating from many locations in order to best serve each customer's needs. Virgin Orbit's systems are currently in an advanced stage of testing, with initial orbital launches expected soon. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, I connect talented professionals to our growing teams here at Harbinger Motors. I have a keen eye for identifying and engaging candidates with diverse skillsets and backgrounds, and I conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple engineering and business support roles at various levels. Previously, I worked at Virgin Orbit, where I successfully filled over 400 requisitions in various engineering, production, quality, and business support departments. I also managed the talent acquisition systems and operations, and optimized the applicant tracking system to create a more efficient and positive candidate and hiring manager experience. I have a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from Cal Poly SLO, where I developed my passion for outdoor activities and environmental sustainability. I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, attending concerts, and sipping some nice red wine while watching my favorite shows (hi, The Office and Modern Family!).
