Corporate executive chef Mary Grace Viado, a native of the Phillipines, fine-tuned her culinary skills by stage training at several top New York restaurants and high-end hotels in both New York City and Atlanta.
From the greater Chicago area, Tim grew up playing sports and loving to travel. He studied Hotel/Restaurant Administration & Management resulting in a career in the restaurant industry beginning at Bennigan’s. His love for travel, interacting with people, a high-energy and changing environment has made Tim successful as an industry leader in the field of operations. With over 30 years of restaurant experience, Tim has demonstrated strategic and hands-on approaches to running a restaurant, specializing in operations beginning at the construction stage all the way through celebrated years of serving guests in established restaurant locations throughout North America. Tim is currently focusing on streamlining operations, supporting existing restaurants, and striving for brand growth. From his previous experience, Tim is able to leverage his knowledge of menu development while at Boston’s, where he has reduced food cost by 3-4% in leading the company’s newest menu launch.
