I am an IT leader and digital transformation expert with more than 20 years of experience delivering technology solutions that my business can rely on to transform their operations to be simpler, faster and customer centric. I have been consistently delivering successful outcomes because I focus on building amazing teams, understanding the customer and adapting to business and technology changes. As an IT Director in Verizon, I have digitized customer care and field operations, deployed predictive machine learning algorithms and innovative customer contact solutions to achieve industry leading service levels for our millions of retail and business customers that use our voice, data and video products. My previous experience includes building next generation service assurance, service qualification systems and mobility field solutions to service thousands of customers daily. I am currently responsible for integrating our engineering and provisioning OSS and deploying data analytics to optimize Verizon’s core wireless and wireline network device footprint and access costs for Verizon and build our 5G core network. I provide thought leadership for technology strategy and organizational culture and financial management. I have broad experience leading software delivery using the onshore and offshore model and mission critical IT operations. I am responsible for the business case development and funding for my team and managing expenses. Ensuring data and application security is a top priority and I have deep knowledge of all the methods and procedures.
