I have over 15 years experience in Risk Management (credit, fraud and operational risk) with a focus on the payment services industry. I am a well rounded risk professional with experience across the end to end customer and operational risk life cycle. I have a strong focus on delivery, leadership, business line partnership and relationship management. Career experience includes designing and implementing Risk and Control frameworks, Risk Identification and Analysis, Monitoring and Reporting, Risk Models encompassing Risk Grading, Application Decision Systems, Credit/Risk Exposure Methodologies and Risk versus Reward. I have experience of undertaking due diligence on potential acquisitions and joint ventures. I was a risk lead during the divestment of WorldPay by RBS in a US$3 billion deal, inputting into the Information Memorandum and undertaking key presentations to prospective investors.
