Peter Novak is a professor of Performing Arts at the University of San Francisco and a public speaking consultant for business executives. He has taught voice and speech performance at Yale, the American Conservatory Theater, Santa Clara University, and USF. As a speech consultant who has extensive experience making high value presentations throughout his career, he understands the needs of executives in law, medicine, finance, business, and other professionals. He holds a doctorate in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism from Yale University, an MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater, and an MA in English from Loyola University Chicago. He has has held many leadership positions in higher education administration, including as the Vice Provost of Student Life (USF), Associate Dean for Arts and Humanities (USF), and Residential College Dean (Yale University).
