Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO)/Vice-President Information Technology (VPIT), I am responsible for planning, directing, managing, providing recommendations and monitoring the budget and all financial activities for Information Technology Services at University of San Francisco. I also assist the CIO/VPIT in strategic planning, budgeting, managing vendor contracts, human resource management, and providing recommendation to IT Directors in vendor selection, evaluation and management. My position also audits IT asset, provides support for asset and inventory management activities, in addition to computer hardware/software procurement. Internally, this position, as a member of the PPM team, provides recommendation and necessary resource to support CIO and IT Project Management team to implement projects, provides advice on budgetary estimate and monitor expenditures of projects supporting university strategic initiatives. Specialties: Highly skilled in budget planning, contract negotiation, asset management, hardware and software procurement, executing RFPs, tracking vendor performance, cost-benefit analysis for projects, IT events planning and conference management. ITIL certified in Service Management, and trained in Total Vendor Management.
