I have provided transactional and litigation counsel to a variety of stakeholders in Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court corporate and financial restructurings. In addition, I have pursued claims and defended parties in complex adversary proceedings, including on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in avoidance and recovery litigation under the Bankruptcy Code. Current and former clients include secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, official and ad hoc committees, hedge funds and other distressed investors, indenture trustees, claims traders, litigants in preference and fraudulent conveyance actions, directors, and representatives of foreign insolvency proceedings.
