Managing Partner
Unison Technologies Inc is a real estate agency which located in San Francisco, CA.
For the last decade, I have pursued my vision of a company that would bridge the gap between home buyers who need additional capital to purchase their home or sell a portion of their existing equity and institutional investors who want to get efficient exposure to the asset class of U.S. residential real estate. This vision lead to my founding of Unison, a company that partners with home buyers to invest in their homes, contributing up to half of the down payment and enabling them to purchase the home they want. As the Co-CEO and Chairman of Unison, I work closely with lenders, consumers, Institutional fund investors, shareholders, regulators, and industry experts to continue to expand our leadership position in the Home Homeownership Investment category. Prior to founding Unison, I spent many years in the investment management industry where I built and introduced several large scale, ground-breaking products to the market. Prior to Unison, I was Co-Head of active Fixed Income in Barclays Global Investors’ $130B Fixed Income Group. Among many innovations, I was instrumental in launching the first Fixed Income iShares (ETF) at Barclay’s Global Investors, and while at Alex Brown, I spearheaded the first-ever issuance and fully developed Collateralized Mortgage Obligation capability in Europe in partnership with European Banks. With my innovation and investment industry credentials, I bring deep industry expertise and relationships to bear while continuing to grow Unison and make home ownership investments accessible to more home buyers across the U.S.
