As Chief People Officer at Unison, I am responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of our overall People Strategy. I believe that data should drive decision making and that our intentions and actions as a People team should be in service of our corporate goals. Professionally, I'm energized by hypergrowth companies, building something from scratch (whether it's processes or world-class teams), and most importantly, creating an amazing place to work with a goal-oriented culture.
