Wil is a seasoned litigator, currently working as Assistant General Counsel for U-Haul International, Inc., headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to 2014, Wil was an associate at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. in Chicago, Illinois. Wil graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2009. In 2006, Wil graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Advertising. Wil has handled all phases of products liability, toxic tort and corporate defense litigation. He also has experience with family law, administrative law and Social Security disability cases. Wil is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri and Arizona. Wil is an active volunteer in the community and dedicates his time to pro bono work with several organizations. He has successfully represented clients in Social Security Administration hearings while volunteering with the Chicago HELP program. During law school, Wil worked as a rule 13 certified law student for the Missouri State Public Defender's office and also received a CALI Excellence Award for his work with the Family Violence Clinic, where he represented indigent victims of domestic abuse to obtain orders of protection. Wil is a board member of the Arizona LGBT Bar Association and has also served as a volunteer with Just the Beginning Foundation, Equality Illinois, HRC Arizona.
