With over 10 years of experience as a sustainability professional, I am interested in how business and technology can combine to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges related to climate change, food systems, human rights and emerging market development. Having worked with multinational corporations, global financial institutions, NGOs and governments, I have an in-depth understanding of how sustainability strategies, supported by data-driven analysis, can deliver material benefits. Over the past 8 years, I have held various positions at Sustainalytics including industry analyst, research manager and senior project lead. Across these roles, I have led client-commissioned ESG research projects, consulting services, materiality and risk assessments, stakeholder engagements, and sustainability rankings for major media outlets. In 2015, I joined Sustainalytics’ Digital Products group where I currently lead a global, cross-functional team in the development of ESG research analysis software. Committed to the promotion of sustainable business and innovation, I am involved in several related organizations including Net Impact, BASIC and WISE. I also serve on the advisory board of the Center for Sustainable Enterprise and Regional Competitiveness (SERC) and am a member of the Sustainable Solutions Lab working group. I speak regularly on a variety of sustainability topics and am a guest lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. I have a Master's degree in Development Economics and am a certified Scrum Product Owner.
