I’ve been leading marketing teams for 20+ years and love what I do! Marketing is creative yet data driven and connects every part of a business. In my last three roles I’ve transformed marketing functions by building high performing teams, introduced marketing automation technology and developed data cultures to give customers something that really matters to them, and met all marketing KPIs. I’ve built strong partnerships with sales teams to deliver revenue growth and achieved this in FTSE 100 and SME companies, both B2B and B2C, working across a wide range of sectors. I’m a content convert. I believe in the power of offering value to customers through outstanding content marketing campaigns and have proven that customers will convert when you get the value exchange right. I’m the type of person who sees an occasional set back as a challenge to learn from, rather than a reason to give up and get a huge amount of satisfaction from building a vision, then working collaboratively to make change happen through meaningful partnerships, clear communication, a strong coaching leadership style and hands-on hard work. Outside of work I am a Mum to an active football crazy 9 year old son, I attempt to write poetry and have almost mastered the ability to stand up on a surf board.
