The world needs more women in leadership roles, especially women who are confident, authentic, aligned leaders. We don’t really need more boss lady types – women trying to lead as if they were men. We need women who can claim their unique feminine leadership style and want to change the world for the better. I help women create their plan to step into their next leadership role and support them as they step confidently into the role. MY BACKGROUND: I have 30+ corporate years in a plethora of roles. Here’s a sampling: exec. leadership, process improvement, software/solution design, IT strategy, change management, org design & transformation, performance coaching, and a prior counseling background. I have amassed a huge lexicon of jargon, but also a ton of really practical and innovative tools. I'm the founder of Color Thinking™. I have multiple coaching certifications, including studying with Marianne Williamson to become a certified Miracle-Minded Coach. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I have two had two successful professional lives – a corporate career in a male-dominated industry and an intuitive success coach. Relatively recently I have come out of hiding and have combined the two to create my spiritual leadership coaching practice. I have a flair for fusion: combining unusual things to create new tools and insights. Nothing is off limits if it’s helpful. I LOVE to reuse learnings & skills from our work life to improve our personal life and vice versa. My voice is, um…unique. Because humor. And no BS.
