Provides and manages private label, online car buying programs for the nation's largest brands, including USAA, AAA and Overstock.com. It leverages group buying power to provide consumers with low upfront prices from its nationwide network. Car buyers have access to a complete car purchasing service while they are still online.
I joined TrueCar in 2013 when we were a private company of 230 and have gone through our IPO transformation and am now looking forward to the new evolution of building out our Talent at a public company that has tripled in size, with a new CEO: including employee relations, creating and managing a multi-million dollar budget that drives down CPH; building a comprehensive employment brand with multiple marketing channels and specific content; of building out our reporting functionality, of procuring and implementing a new BI, ATS, LMS, and Sourcing Vendors; of analyzing organizational design and creating an updated University program to align with workforce and secession planning; working with our VP, HR to build and roll out a new Goal Setting and Performance Management system; owning our headcount forecasting; managing our risk and spend by keeping our compliance regarding policies, procedures, trainings, classifications and vendors; owning Workday Requisitions to ensure alignment with updated total rewards plans and headcount forecasting.
