That career site was known as cadencecafe.com for the integrated chip designer; Cadence Design Systems. 1997 - Created and designed one of the very first social networking campaigns aimed at employee referral programs for Cisco Systems which revolutionized the industry. We called it "Cisco Friends". 1999 - Created, designed and directed an interactive campaign for Cambridge Technology Partners called "Mentalworkout" which was an interactive gaming environment filled with mensa like puzzles that assessed if you were the kind of candidate CTP was after. 2006 Designed, built and developed the industry's first virtual career fair within Second Life. The event was called Network In-World (NiW) where we built custom virtual environments for companies to show off their employer brand through a 3d platform. The event attracted worldwide media from CNN, MSNBC, Wallstreet Journal, and CBS.
