Often it requires cleaning up of the old mess first. Lean, Engagement Building and Learning, as drivers for change, are highly fascinating topics for me. I want to figure out the big picture, the system, and help customers to renew their business in an agile way. Customer contacts are an important part of my work life. As Project Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Customer Account Manager, Business Consultant and Business Developer, I have been privileged to see the business challenges - and opportunities - from many different angles, deepening my business understanding. Information technology, communication, media and automation industries are the most familiar ones for me. But as a consultant, I have been working with customers, such as manufacturing, retail, transportation and public services. Large projects, business outsourcing and service transformation cases have shown me, why agile methods and as-a-service/cloud solutions are important - also as part of major projects. Working in global automation system business, living in the USA and networking with competence centers outside the home market have given me a very practical view to the global marketplace. My preference is to work in an international network of actors. I’m an experienced team web-workplace user, but also ready for frequent traveling and even for longer stays at customer site.
