Global customer support and professional services leader with focus on ramp-up of teams, development of process, and focus on customer satisfaction. Very technical, able to deep dive into both deep technical (database development & optimization, network infrastructure, enterprise server architecture) and vertical-specific workflow discussions. To date, my primary focus has been work in supporting litigation, both through standard linear review management, and through eDiscovery. I have also built out small and medium server infrastructures, SaaS applications, conducted threat-risk assessments, and architected high-security establishments.I've lived customer support organizational development at every stage of the process - and have learned lessons in each role that uniquely qualify me in the area of creating a customer experience-centric support structure, with linkages into other critical areas of a business, including CRM, ERP and fulfillment systems.
