Shana Logue has twenty years of experience in the health care industry with a foundation in consulting and most recently serving in a business development and marketing role. Shana is currently with Berkeley Research Group (BRG) serving as a marketing business development director for the healthcare disputes investigations and compliance practice (HAP). In this role, she works as a brand ambassador business developer and client relationship manager . She must understand and effectively communicate a broad range of highly technical professional services offered by BRG experts with prospective clients and also lead the development of related branded marketing materials. She serves in a relationship management role with clients throughout the course of client engagements and on an ongoing basis. She establishes and deepen client relationships by identifying mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities. Collaboration opportunities often arise through her leadership positions and support of organizations like the ABA Health Law Section, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Women's White Collar Defense Association and the Health Law Roundtable and conference sponsorships. They also arise through networking with organizations like Health Tech Austin and BioAustinCTX. Through these professional organizations and sponsorships, she builds relationships with prospective clients and helps to identify and facilitate introductions for BRG experts. The connections happen both in the context of a thought leadership collaboration or in response to a direct client inquiry. She served as Director of the Mission Control Office at the Seton Healthcare Family, a hospital system in Austin, TX leading a team of 5 consultants to identify and implement value propositions to increase revenues and reduce costs and measure ongoing direct impact to the bottom line. Prior to Seton, she was with Navigant Consulting, where she worked with clients on health insurer/ healthcare provider disputes, revenue cycle performance improvement and HIPAA Privacy compliance.
