If I think back at my sales career, several things stand out; the first is my strong passion for healthcare. From graduate school on I knew that I wanted to contribute to improving the healthcare delivery process and improving an organization’s clinical, operational and financial outcomes. Throughout my healthcare sales career, I have focused on working for healthcare companies that were focused on delivering value to both the patient/family and to the healthcare organization. Over the course of my career, I have been successful in meeting quantitative as well as the qualitative sales expectations, goals and objectives. On a number of occasions, I was either ranked 1 or 2 in company sales. In most other years, I met or exceeded quota. I base my success on several abilities 1) being able to build, manage and close funnel business, in many instances in undeveloped territories, 2) applying value-based, solution selling techniques that minimize or eliminate the uncertainty of not winning the business, and 3) working well in a team-centric environment to ensure that mission-critical resources are incorporated into the sales process at the right time.Specialties: My background and sales process orientation has enabled me to work effectively with key stakeholders within the hospital community including CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, Vice President-Operations, Vice Presidents for Nursing/Patient Care Services as well as Chief Medical Officers and Informatics. My key areas of expertise include value-based, solution-driven sales processes, application of discovery/diagnostic methodologies, and software, methodologies and professional services sales.
