Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) - collect & preserve forensically sound copies of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) on hard disk drives, removable media and other forms of electronic data storage; analyze images to identify electronic evidence; produce electronic evidence in native or non-native form.|Consult with attorneys regarding eDiscovery, especially on preservation, collection, processing and production of ESI; participate in 26(f) and 30(b)(6) proceedings; help develop interrogatories and requests for production; file affidavits in support of motions to compel and other actions; testify as an expert witness.|Assist firms with document management and case management systems; help organize large document collections and productions; troubleshoot case management system issues.
