2008-Current: I'm one of three founders at TeamSupport.com. We hit the "go" button in May 2008, and It's been my passion since day 1. We've built an amazing business from scratch, made our share of mistakes, learned priceless lessons, and assembled an outstanding team. Very proud of what we're doing, and where we're going.2006-2008: Lead global customer service and support for Avid's (NASDAQ: AVID) television automation division. I had the pleasure of working with COO Joe Bentivegna, and Jacques "Jack" Durocher.1999-2006: Built (and had the pleasure of leading) an epic customer service and support team for Sundance Digital, Inc. Sundance was an industry-leading broadcast automation software company, and highly regarded years after acquisition. We worked extremely hard growing a small company to the leading provider of automation software in the broadcast industry, whose products were used by major networks, their affiliates & cable operations worldwide. We developed and implementing unmatched customer support programs and were known as a "customer first" operation. In April 2006, Avid acquired Sundance and I was responsible for the successful integration of Sundance operations into Avid. Sundance was lead by my now partner and TeamSupport CEO Robert Johnson, who's been a guiding light, mentor and friend for over 15 years.I attended a few colleges, focusing on business and technology, and have had the pleasure of being around great leaders and very successful mentors. Most importantly, I enjoy trying new ideas, experimenting and executing.1993-1997: USMC. Worked for Major General CW Reinke (Base General), Col. Steve Fisher (Chief of Staff), and Major JC Smith, MCB, Camp Pendleton.I married my high school sweetheart and best friend, have three wonderful children, and live/work remote from my home in central Florida. We love helping others/community involvement, road trips, Disney, all things Nasa/Space discovery, and the beach.
