Compliance executive with 15 years of financial services industry experience in compliance and front office roles providing extensive cross-asset product expertise and risk management. Currently, the Head of Markets Compliance for TD Securities, responsible for advising on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters in support of the Firm’s Fixed Income, Equity, Currency and Commodities business platforms. During my career, I have developed complex control frameworks and have tested compliance infrastructure for the Investment Banking, Private Bank and Private Wealth divisions of various Broker-Dealers, including Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo and Credit Suisse. I have led compliance offshoring initiatives where I created efficiencies for compliance departments across 52 countries in Europe and Asia and established global minimum standards for a multitude of businesses. Entered the industry as a regulator with the NYSE, now FINRA.Juris Doctor from St. John’s School of Law and New York State Bar certified. BBA in Banking and Finance and a BBA in International Business. FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
