Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) is an integrated power utility. The company offers electricity to a range of residential and commercial customers in Arizona, the US. It is an integrated utility providing generation, transmission and distribution services. The companys power portfolio comprises wholly and partially plants that use different fuel sources including coal, nuclear, natural gas, hydroelectric, solar, wind and geothermal. Apart from electricity, the company provides water in central Arizona. It operates a widespread water delivery system comprising canals, reservoirs, wells and irrigation laterals. It supplies power and water to residential and commercial customers, industrial and agricultural sectors. SRP is headquartered in Arizona, the US.

I am passionate about process improvement. I am a certified six sigma black belt and have championed process improvement in several different industries. I am a whiz kid at statistics, and present data analyses in a way that allows the data to help make the right decision.|Currently, I am implementing Lean into several service areas: transaction processing, call center, and to improve the customer experience.
