Formed in 1981, we work solely with union-sponsored fringe benefit plans. While much of our client service is provided from our corporate headquarters, we maintain branch offices in Chattanooga, Memphis, New Orleans, Norfolk and Richmond. We have intentionally chosen to limit our client base to union benefit plans. Because of the unique nature of our clients, there is no practical way to actively market our services. Therefore, all of our opportunities for new business usually come to us by personal referral.
