Dr. Bryant is an accomplished Talent Management, Training and Recruiting expert, bringing more than 20 years of experience across a wide variety of industries. Focus areas include organizational design, development and change.Dr. Bryant’s career began as an industrial engineer in automotive manufacturing, he then moved into operations management in the healthcare industry. During the past 15 years, Dr. Bryant has held a variety of top positions in instructional design, training, leadership development and organizational development for Fortune 500 companies.He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Purdue University, a master’s degree in instructional technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a doctorate degree in education with a specialty in Human Resource Development from George Washington University. Additionally, Doug has participated in Executive Education sessions at Darden, Harvard, University of Michigan and the Center for Creative Leadership. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Society for Training and Development, the National Society for Performance and Instruction, and other associations for human resource management and organizational development. A world traveler, Doug has hiked through Tibet, Nepal, Burma, Europe, Chili, Costa Rica, Australia, New Zealand and throughout Europe. His ability to lead, coupled with his competitive nature and dedication to achieving success, is demonstrated through his love for sports adventures.
