Through my career, I have had the opportunity to build kick-ass teams, striving to solve problems and deliver value for our customers, merchants and stakeholders. My current interests span across organisation & people management, productivity improvement through process innovation and automation. I draw my energy from engaging with stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges, and finding solutions together. Through my recent experience leading teams in startups, I have built solid decision-making, communication and problem-solving skills.
