Highly qualified Human Resources professional with over 25 years of HR experience. I currently serve as the VP of Human Resources at Secure-24, supporting all facets of HR, including compensation, Benefits, Training, Recruiting, Immigration and Payroll. Secure-24 is a premier provider of managed IT operations, hosting and cloud services, and was named as a national winner of the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to work for, and a 7X repeat winner in 2019 of Computerworld's 100 best places to work in the U.S. Locally we were named to Crain's Cool Places to Work, and the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces. Previously served as the HR / strategic business partner for the Global Applications businesses within CSC, supporting two Presidents (President - Global Applications and the President of Applications Sales), and numerous Vice Presidents, including the VP - Global Applications Delivery. Served as Vice President - Human Resources at Covansys, reporting directly to the CEO, prior to the CSC acquisition. This position was responsible for more than 2,000 employees in the U.S., and accountable for all facets of HR, including Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Recruiting, Resource Management, Immigration, and all HR policies and procedures. Key competencies include strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Diverse business background includes extensive experience with International employees and a comprehensive understanding of the onsite / offsite / offshore global delivery business model.
