QUALIFICATIONS -Associates Degree in Applied Science (Computer Information Systems - Microcomputer Support Technician) -Well versed in public relations; Enjoys troubleshooting and helping people solve problems -Pays attention to detail; quality work and dependability -Sensitive to modern information security audit requirements (ITAR/FTI/etc.) -Versatility; 5+ years of exposure and experience in many Enterprise software products and related platforms including SAP NetWeaver (ECC/XI/PI/BW), HANA, BusinessObjects, Tomcat, Oracle, MSSQL, MaxDB, RHEL, AIX, HP-UX, Windows Server, etc. Nearly a decade of combined IT support experience.
