In its final week as an independent company, we reflect on the legacy SABMiller leaves the beer industry.

BACKGROUND Over 23 years experience designing and implementing strategic solutions for attracting and acquiring top talent within organisations to solve talent gaps and provide strategies to enable a sustainable talent landscape. My background spans across a breadth of industries from a multinational FMCG corporation (Mondelez International), a FTSE 10 global brewer (SABMiller), telecommunications (Level 3 Communications), retail, recruitment agency and boutique financial services. Breadth of experience includes a combination of global, regional and country level TA and broader Talent, Executive TA, Employer Branding and HR Director level roles. KEY FOCUS AREAS Passionate about direct sourcing, innovating and leveraging the employer brand to engage and attract top candidates for the future of businesses. Emphasis around developing programmes that support and further future of talent agendas including furthering careers in STEM and D&I initiatives. DNA I believe that talent acquisition and talent management need to work in a synergistic manner to create strategic and commercial short, medium, and long term talent plans for the organisation. An avid speaker at international and European forums, I strongly believe in fostering thought leadership, collaboration and innovation within the talent acquisition and management industry.
