I am an eCommerce professional with 10 years experience and leadership across many facets of the online retail channel. In areas such as digital marketing, onsite merchandising and optimization/testing, I strive for operational excellence and seek new ways to drive the business forward. Experience includes: ► P&L/budget management for North America eCommerce business ► Business oversight for new Salesforce Commerce Cloud responsive site launches with multi-branded storefronts ► Devising online marketing strategy, budgets/forecasting, agency management for email, affiliate marketing, paid search, SEO and social; overseeing 4 straight years double digit year-over-year growth. ► Providing content and project support for Canadian site rollout with translations. ► Devising optimisation/UX strategy from the ground up, utilising AB, multivariate, and remote usability testing methods. ► Working with cross-functional and technical teams to lead development projects such as: new checkout design, multi-page navigation overhaul, and new order exchange capabilities. ► Overseeing relationship and operations with 3rd party fulfillment vendor, covering: shipping/returns logistics, customer service, front-end development, and content/analytics. ► Leadership of internal eCommerce and digital marketing teams; nurturing and hiring talent.
