My expertise is in growing a strategically aligned learning and OD function and introducing human capital strategies to mid-sized and large companies. I'm honored to be a Professional Associate and Faculty at the Gestalt International Study Center and a contributing member of the MBA board of advisors for the New England College of Business. I co-founded and served as the president of the Hanover, Massachusetts’ chapter of Toastmasters International. I frequently speak at universities, conferences and corporate events on the topics of effective workplace practices including; succession planning and talent review strategies, creating a culture of engagement, and elements of high performing teams.
