Nearly all my working experience is related to the Internet. I've tasted all flavours: strategy, production, execution, marketing and sales. I started with pure tech – moved on to managing web production teams – dealt with internal clients and began to understand that the world was bigger that just the algorithm of things – and finally jumped into strategy and management, getting to know the real big picture. The common factor of the places I've worked in are emerging departments of innovative companies, with great teams and managers from whom I learned tons of new things on every move. I work particularly well under pressure and fast-evolving situations and I'm used to manage medium-big internal teams as well as external networks of outsourced providers.
